Refund policy

We're happy to share our brand policy with you:

- Orders can be inspected and tried on before payment to ensure the fabric, size, and color meet your expectations.

- No exchanges or returns are accepted once the order amount has been paid and the courier has left, for any reason.

- If the order is not received, the full shipping cost must be paid to the courier.

- لا يوجد استبدال او استرجاع نهائي بعد دفع مبلغ الاوردر و مغادرة المندوب لأي سبب.

- في حالة عدم استلام الاوردر بيتم دفع قيمة الشحن كامله للمندوب
